What do you really know about tea? Have you ever thought about how the leaves from the tea bush end up like steaming tea in your cup? Can you taste the difference between a white tea and an oolong — and do you know why they taste so different?
On this tea course you will get an inspiring introduction to the world of specialty tea together with Alexis Kaae — ESTA certified instructor, tea importer, lecturer and founder of Simply Tea, Molbo Tea retreat, Danish Tea Association and pioneer behind the European Speciality Tea Association
The course gives you a solid insight into handmade quality tea, its journey from soil to table and why this type of tea is both better for the environment and for the body.
Among other things, you will be introduced to:

• Myths and facts about tea
• Different brewing methods
• Tasting white, yellow, green, oolong, black and puerh — and understanding how their manufacturing methods shape the taste After the big tea tasting, we treat you to a delicious little treat: fine finger sandwiches and our popular homemade scones with clotted cream. This creates a perfect and pleasant end to the experience — and ensures that you leave here both full of impressions and enriched with new knowledge. The course starts at 10:00 and lasts about 3 hours, depending on the question of the students.
